Over the past 2 years Quinntana Group have been sourcing land opportunities to build and deliver social & affordable housing on behalf of our registered housing partners. Once we have identified a parcel of land we work with our highly experienced architects & planners to design a residential housing scheme which we will then propose this opportunity to the local authority and our housing partners to see if there is a required demand for a housing scheme and alter/suit this to the needs of our partners. 

 

Once we have designed our housing scheme we will then submit this for planning approval, once planning approval is obtained we then build and deliver this scheme with our construction partners.

 

We have an on-going requirement for land opportunities throughout the North West (high priority), Midlands, Yorkshire and North Wales. We are currently looking for sites of a minimum of 0.3 acres which could be suitable for residential housing. 

 

Our current housing schemes in planning consist of 2/3 bedroom-house, standard apartment blocks, cottage style/walk up’s, over 55’s accommodation and extra care.
