Following a successful 10-year career in plumbing and heating, Quinntana Group’s Managing Director, Christopher Rooney, identified significant development opportunities within the property sector. Quinntana Healthcare designs and delivers complex care homes, small inpatient hospitals, and Specialist Supported Housing (SSH). Working in partnership with care operators, we support the delivery of accommodation across a wide range of specifications, with a strong focus on complex care and environmentally secure environments. Our vision is to provide exceptional accommodation within the healthcare sector, incorporating the latest assistive technologies to enhance residents’ quality of life.

Quinntana Commercial specialises in the acquisition of commercial and industrial properties, ranging from small semi-commercial units (such as shops with residential accommodation above) to office buildings, retail premises, and industrial units.
