Following a successful 6-year career working in plumbing and heating, the managing director Christopher Rooney spotted development opportunities within the property industry. From 2010 he built his knowledge and network to amass a portfolio of 32 properties, consisting of 2/3-bedroom homes, houses of multiple occupation, and apartment blocks.

 

Over the past decade, Christopher has secured below-market value properties in a state of disrepair. By renovating them to the latest styles and adding value to them, he has turned run-down properties into lovely homes for first-time buyers, families and housing associations.

Quinntana Commercial specialises in purchasing Commercial and Industrial property, from small semi commercial properties (shops and a flat above), office and retail buildings all the way to industrial units. If you or your client currently own commercial/industrial property and would like to raise capital from real estate we may be able to help. We have developed an excellent way of releasing capital from real estate to help with the growth and expansion of a business whilst remaining in the current property.
